Yeah that’s right i’m now quitting for the nth time drinking soft drinks but this time i’m more serious. I monitoring more on my health now. Being online 16 hours per day, I sit a lot in front of my computer, drinking soft drinks, coffee, exercise a little, eat unhealthy foods and I just realize that I need to change my habits.
Been working really hard (and smarter) and I don’t want to die young because I’m not taking good care of my body so yeah that is one of my reason and I want to spend more time with my family and mhe-mhe. I have so many things to do so many things to say and its not time to die yet, so i’m changing slowly so wish me luck.
