When creating a menu or navigation sometimes you want to have a nofollow on a specific menu by adding rel=”nofollow” inside a href HTML tag

<a href="#" rel="nofollow">Home</a>

But how about a auto generated menu coming from WordPress menu? Well it is easy check out the instructions below

1. If you have use the drag and drop menu feature in WordPress, go to Appearance->Menus

2. At the upper right you can see Screen Options click that and check Link Relationship(XFN)

3. Now open the menu you want to add the nofollow

4. Locate the Link Relationship(XFN) and inside the form add noffolow

5. Hit the Save Menu button and you’re done
